Villas Kanopii

The KANOPII project, located in the Cocody district, consists of three duplex villas, K1, K2, and K3, each representing three different interpretations of the same programme: main living area (living room + kitchen + services) and guest bedroom on the ground floor, and three family bedrooms with a private living room on the first floor. The client’s primary requirement was to create open and bright spaces while reducing the overlooking between neighbours, particularly in private areas.

The KANOPII villas are entirely independent. Each is unique with its internal organisation and individual volumes. However, K1, K2, and K3 form a coherent architectural ensemble using the same materials: white-painted concrete with contrasting wood and rust textures and the shared use of clean, modern lines.
