This project is a high-end private residence located in the Riviera Golf Beverly Hills neighbourhood, with its spatial organisation revolving around the theme of water. Giving the impression of sitting on a body of water, much like Venice, the villa includes architectural elements that consistently evoke water, such as a submerged lounge, an underground spa illuminated by an immersed skylight, a cascading water wall next to the Pool House, and a water jet marking the main entrance.
From a functional perspective, the ground floor comprises living spaces, including two large living rooms overlooking the generous rear garden and swimming pool, a gym, and service areas with a kitchen, laundry room, and a bedroom for household staff. Upstairs, the sleeping quarters consist of a Master Bedroom, two secondary bedrooms, and an office. Lastly, the basement is dedicated to relaxation and leisure, featuring a spa, home cinema, and lounge bar.
The three levels are connected by an elevator.
