Totem Architects have merged and transformed two flats into functional offices in the Plateau. The goal was to create a new headquarters for a Professional Civil Society that manages sensitive daily flows of people, but especially information, of which traceability and authenticity form the very essence of their profession. Totem Architects’ intervention involved the challenge of studying the processes and internal organisation to make its operation smoother and its environment more pleasant for its employees.

The new offices, spanning approximately 400 square metres, offer a very contemporary working environment with technical facilities catering to the needs of highly demanding users: access control, surveillance cameras, fire safety, sound system throughout the premises, intelligent air conditioning providing up to 70% energy savings, and optimal lighting to minimise eye strain.
