Totem Architects aims to improve project design and finish level while staying as close as possible to the usual construction budgets.

The Sakina project, located in the eastern expansion area of the city of Abidjan, is an example. It is a building with studios and F2 and F3 apartments on 3 levels, intended for young households of 2 to 4 people.
