Résidences Noroya

Noroya Residences are located 150 metres from the famous Gardens Street in Deux-Plateaux. It is a mixed-use building with offices on the ground floor and two levels of high-end apartments. The basement houses the car park and some technical installations. The operation of the office entity, accessible from the external route L 125, is entirely independent of the residential entity, which can only be accessed from within a peaceful residential enclave.

One of the project’s challenges was the clever use of the land, which has an almost triangular shape. Despite this inconvenient shape, the three apartments on each level are spacious, with naturally lit bedrooms and living spaces.
