Khaunet Building

The Khaunet building is a local project located in Angré Cocody, comprising 4 double-height shops on the ground floor, topped by 8 open-space office floors, each measuring 100 square meters. A secure indoor car park is planned, with entrance and exit control provided by two separate access points. The building is situated at the intersection of L30 and L23, for which the Master Plan anticipates an expansion of the area to create an expressway connecting Angré 7th phase to the major crossroad of Riviera 2. As a result, the project enjoys a strategic position in relation to the future development of the area.
